I visited the Dominican Republic in June 2022 with a group of close friends and family. We used Alacasa for our trip and they did not disappoint us at all. In fact, this trip made me wish I could travel like that quarterly around the world. The communication from the beginning of our planning and leading up to our departure to Dominican Republic was always clear, prompt, and professional. Someone always answered all questions promptly. The staff were very welcoming and made sure they met our happiness and desires for our trip. When we arrived at our villa, I felt as if I was dreaming because the villa was so breathtaking. The pictures online didn’t give all of its true beauty as it did in person. In addition, we had a housekeeper and a butler who made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. I honestly hated leaving the villa daily to go on excursions because it was so beautiful and relaxing. Alacasa eased my mind with the excursions because not only did they research each of the vendors, but they also took part in some of them to give their first-hand experiences. We never walked away feeling like we wasted money or were not happy because everything was throughly researched and planned. Alacasa has raised the bar for my vacations and I would happily recommend my family and friends use them. If a five-star vacation is what you want, then Alacasa is who you want to work with. You will not be disappointed!!
