Casa Bailey
Description
A spacious pool, a Jacuzzi (not heated), and a broad terrace are surrounded by three buildings in a free-flowing open-air villa that is perfect for golfers, sunbathers, sports enthusiasts, or those wishing to unwind in a very quiet location. Casa Bailey is centrally located in Casa de Campo®.
Modern, commercial-grade appliances are included in the chef’s kitchen, including a 10-burner vulcan stove, a coffee station, a prep room for the sous chef, walk-in dry storage, pantries, and a commercial-sized refrigerator and freezer. At the renter’s request, the staff will make breakfast and lunch daily (the renter provides food). Three staff members (1 housekeeper, 1 chef, and 1 butler) are present from 9 am to 4 pm. If dinner service is requested, there will be a fee of $25 USD to provide a taxi for the staff to return home after hours. As part of our service, they will also perform daily personal laundry for you. Babysitting is available at request for an additional fee.
The villa is divided into three distinctly different structures. Split air conditioning units are used to cool each bedroom and both living spaces. The kitchen, enclosed and cooled main living space, covered/outdoor main dining area, and newly constructed extra master bedroom with one king bed and full bathroom with outdoor shower are all located in the entrance.
The master suite is located in a separate structure to the left of the vast pool deck. It consists of a private living area with a TV, books, and a sitting/lounge area, a private office with an adjacent half bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king bed. A private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet and an outdoor shower with two shower heads is located off the master bedroom.
There are 4 bedrooms in the third building on the right side of the pool deck. Each of the king-sized bedrooms on the second floor has an en suite bathroom with an outdoor shower. One king bed and two queen beds are located in the downstairs bedrooms, which also have private closets and a common bathroom with twin vanity sets on either side of the sink worktops. One of the bedrooms has a living room with a TV and sofas.
50% refund of the amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
