Keep life uncomplicated at this peaceful, conveniently situated villa in Casa de Campo®. This four-bedroom villa is perfect for golfers, sunbathers, sports enthusiasts, or those wishing to unwind in a very secluded area with a huge pool, hot tub, and spacious terrace. Three full-time employees will provide lunch and breakfast each day per the renter’s request (the renter provides food); further services include daily laundry and pool upkeep.
With modern American influences in the furnishings and design, the villa has a very paradisiacal, tropical, and Dominican-style vibe. Newly renovated as of January 2023.
A minute-long stroll on a trail will take you to the La Romana Country Club, and a golf cart will take you to Minitas Beach in under five minutes. All resort amenities are fully accessible, and the Marina has a well-stocked food and liquor shop situated in the center of Casa de Campo®.
There are three full-time employees that work every day from 9 am to 4 pm to maintain the pool/villa, laundry, dinner preparation and service, bartender services, and landscaping. Dinner service is offered for an extra fee (USD$45 for their cab home after the employee transportation provided by Casa de Campo® has ended). On request and for an extra cost, babysitting is offered.
50% refund of the amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
