There are easily 16 guests in this villa. The design has 5 bedrooms with complete baths attached. Three bedrooms contain two queen beds each, while two bedrooms include a king bed. Walking distance to Playa Minitas beach from a centrally positioned property in Casa de Campo.
This villa includes the services of two full-time staff (Antonia and Antonio), a housekeeper/chef, and a butler, who are available every day from 9 am to 4 pm. Upon the renter’s request, the staff will be happy to cook both breakfast and lunch each day (renter provides food).
50% refund of the amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
